Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Orders and customer accounts

When you place an order, we process the information necessary to receive, process, fulfil and document the transaction. This normally includes your identity and contact details, billing and shipping information, the contents of your order and relevant transaction information.

Where customer accounts are available, information associated with your account may also include your order history, addresses and account settings.

Certain information must be provided in order for us to enter into and perform a purchase contract. If required information is not provided, we may not be able to process or deliver the order.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Depending on the payment method selected, personal data necessary to process the transaction may be transmitted directly to or processed by the relevant payment provider.

We generally do not need to receive or store complete payment-card credentials when payments are processed by an independent payment provider. The provider may process your information under its own privacy terms and legal obligations.

6. Shipping and delivery

To deliver your order, we may provide the selected carrier, logistics provider or fulfilment partner with the personal data reasonably necessary for delivery. This may include your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, shipment identifier and information necessary to manage delivery.

7. Marketing communications

Where you voluntarily subscribe to promotional communications, we may use your contact details and marketing preferences to send newsletters, product updates or other promotional communications where legally permitted.

Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you can withdraw it at any time, including by using the unsubscribe option contained in marketing emails or by contacting us.

Where applicable law permits certain direct marketing to existing customers on another legal basis, you retain the right to object to direct marketing at any time.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the operation, security and functionality of the website. Other technologies, such as certain analytics or advertising technologies, are used only in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

When you first visit the website, our consent management interface allows you to accept, reject or customise non-essential cookie categories. You can change your choices later through the cookie preference controls available on the website.

More detailed information about individual cookies, their purposes, providers and durations is available through our cookie settings and Cookie Policy.

9. Who may receive your personal data?

Where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, personal data may be disclosed or made available to appropriate recipients and service providers, including:

  • website hosting and technical infrastructure providers;
  • e-commerce and website service providers;

We do not sell your personal data.

10. International transfers

Some technology or service providers used in connection with our website may operate or process information outside Slovakia or the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA and an adequate level of protection is not otherwise recognised under applicable law, we seek to rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data protection law, where applicable.

Depending on the relevant provider and circumstances, such safeguards may include an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

11. How do we protect your data?

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, unauthorised access and other unlawful processing.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we continually assess appropriate safeguards in light of the nature of the processing and the risks involved.

12. Your data protection rights

Subject to the conditions and limitations provided by applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and request access to it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request erasure of your personal data in applicable circumstances;
  • request restriction of processing in applicable circumstances;
  • receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and request its transmission where the right to data portability applies;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests in applicable circumstances;
  • object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • not be subject to certain decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, where the conditions under applicable law are met;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

13. How to exercise your rights

To exercise a data protection right or ask a question about the processing of your personal data, contact us at:

Veyrona Labs / Zonic s. r. o.
Email: support@veyronalabs.com

14. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In Slovakia, the competent authority is:

Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky
(Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic)

You may also have the right to contact another competent supervisory authority where permitted under applicable data protection law.

15. Automated decision-making

Unless we inform you otherwise in connection with a specific service, we do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you within the meaning of applicable data protection law.

Certain service providers may use automated systems for security, fraud prevention or payment-risk assessment under their own legal responsibilities.

16. Data relating to children

Our online store and services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through ordinary e-commerce activities.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy where necessary to reflect changes in our services, technologies, processing activities or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this website together with the date of the latest update. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
